How can we improve Zappiti?

  3. Useable Subtitles

    For info , this mail I sent to Zappiti since they seem to through the years to ignore the need for acceptable subtitles:

    In most of Northern Europe, subtitles are used on all foreign films, perhaps 80 percent of films shown. I have written to you before on this topic, and there have been posts on your forum, about subtitles on Zappiti. My inquiries have not led to anything, nor the posts that have been on your forum.   4. Pb de sécurité entre Zappiti et Synology

    La connexion entre 4K HDR et un NAS Synology sous DSM 7 pose un problème de sécurité
    En effet pour accéder au NAS et à ses répertoires, il faut sur le NAS forcer le niveau maximal SMB à SMB1 / et non SMB3 / et d'autre part activer l'authentification NTLMv1
    Ces deux réglages font l'objet d'un warning de sécurité !

  6. Display the file size anywhere on the presentation screen.

    When we have a same movie several times, they are grouped together wich his fine.
    But to decide which is the best quality one it could be also usefull to see the size of each files from the presentation screen.
    We already have the codec and quality description but this size file info could be very usefull when codec are not correctly read.
    Here I have to go to edit menu to read the file name and then go on my NAS to check the size of each of them.
