When I launch a file, the audio track takes few secs to be sent to the amplifier
I bought the Zappiti One SE 4K HDR few weeks ago, and I am really satisfied about this product.
However, there is a recurrent problem : for each video or audio file I launch (from Zappiti Video, Music or Explorer apps), the video is instantly displayed at the screen, but the audio track takes 3/4 seconds to be sent to the amplifier (Onkyo TX-SR605), without a delay between the video and the audio once these 4 secs have passed.
Is there a setting I have to change, or is this a software problem ?

I have the same problem when I use two HDMI cables ,one just for the audio going to the amp
When I switched to one cable to the receiver the problem went away
same problem with an optical connected Onkyo receiver. It takes 4s

Same problem and a big issue when wanting to play short demo tracks/video segments.
I have the audio running through the HDMI cable and there is no delay anymore.
I have too (4K HDR PRO)... it's more than annoying.
Also have the same problem. The video displays instantly (especially if forced resolution), but the audio takes two guys to complete handshake - 5-6 seconds easily before sound stablises.
It's not a setting, just the way the system works. On movies it's not usually too much of an issue, but it is why it makes it not so good as an audio server.
