Foobar 2000 gapless playing on Zappiti 4k but not decoding 5.1 or 4.0 channells on Audiocom Edition
The most advanced player ever built, cannot work with alternate music players such as Foobar 2000,AIMP and VLC except in stereo mode for the audio files encoded in multichannel version such as wav McH, Flac 5.1 ... but it play everything gapless, no pauses, no stopping, ... everything works fine, except Zappiti is not decoding the multichannels, even if the player is set to passthrough ...stereo only for audiofiles whatsoever, and 5.1 for videofiles (VLC only).
Foobar 2000 play in stereo both Mch wav and flac as well as stereo without resample only if you select OPEN SL OUTPUT. The other option is just not working with Mch wav and flac on Zappiti, but it works with stereo. Normally that secondary option would play 5.1 or 4.0 music but Zappiti won't let that happen. A new firmware will not availabe until the end of the year 2021 ... and it seems that will be the last and only firmware that we are about to see for Audiocom Edition ... very unfortunate ! ... it is just impossible to solve this with a new firmware unless a total upgrade to a Linux based operating system.

But do you get Foobar200 to play without resample everything to 48 kHz? Mine converts everything to 48 kHz on Zappiti.
