[Video] Image And Sound Drop Out (HDMI 2.0a Cable)

In some cases, problems with video and sound drop out can occur on the Zappiti 4K HDR player. In this case, please try the supplied cable or try to change your HDMI cable by another one. Your cable may be compliant with 18 Gbps (at minimum) and HDMI 2.0a. Note that on some cases, your HDMI cable will need to support even more bitrate (please see table here below).

You can also try to switch OFF the Deep Color mode.

If you still have image or sound drop out, please check if your media player have the last firmware release installed. Press Blue button of the RC to check it.

If you have black screen problems with the supplied HDMI cable (even no booting "Z" logo), it may be defective. In this case, return it to your dealer so that it is exchanged by a new one.
