Press MENU button of your remote control and select "logout..." to the right.

Here in this "Connection" window you can select the "Zappiti accounts" field, then select "Sign in..." in this window.

Now, in this "Login" window, select and confirm "Forgotten password?"

When you are in the "Reset your password" window, enter the email address you use for your Zappiti account and click "Yes, I want to create a new password".

You'll receive an email to create a new password.
