[Network] Impossible to Access to Zappiti Cloud Server

Zappiti Cloud Server can be unreachable in some case :

1. If your internet modem is an Orange livebox, you have to restart it. And if that is not enough, reset it following the process explained into the livebox user manual.
It should allow to regain access to the Cloud. This issue can appear with some other liveboxes. 

2. Maybe you have an opening ports issue which prevents Zappiti Player 4K to access to the Cloud, even if it is possible to access to internet. In this case, check the ports in your modem livebox settings.

3. You lost the Internet connection between when you started the player and when you started Zappiti. Go back to the home page and check that the network connection is active
