No streaming service is properly supported by Zappiti players as we need licenses that we cannot have. Only Android TV players can claim to acquire a license. However, Android TV is very restricted (many files and formats are not supported). For a high-end multimedia file playback solution, we have no choice but to use the standard version of Android (in version 6.1).

In addition, Netflix deliver such licence only to major brands such as Apple or Google. 

Most streaming services are natively supported by connected TVs. It is therefore not necessary to have them in your Zappiti player. If you have a video projector, we recommend that you purchase an Apple TV in addition to your Zappiti player.

However, there is an alternative solution for Netflix, but it will be limited to a 720P resolution :
