The Sony and JVC 4K front projectors are not compatible with SD resolutions. But fortunately, you can fix this issue using the dedicated options in Direct Output.

To fix it, go to Home > My Apps > Service > Second vertical tab (display) > Direct Output settings panel. Then, uncheck the SD resolutions: (576i / 576p / 480i /480p).

It will fix your issue.
