While waiting for the fix, to play this type of files on a Zappiti player, there is a solution: 

- When you are in Zappiti Explorer, highlight the file and press the Menu button on the remote. 

- Then go to "Play with...".

- Then Choose SPMC / KODI (if KODI is not installed on the media player, it will install itself). 

Then the file will be played with the correct display of your Arabic subtitles on your Zappiti player.
