[Subtitles] How to Delete Italic HTML Tags in Subtitle Files?

Some external subtitles are encoded with italic HTML tags. To delete it, please follow this procedure;

1. Rename (F2) the "Metropolis.srt" file with your PC in "Metropolis.srt.txt".
2. Launch the app "Notpad". 
3. Use CRTL + "H" to display the Search and Replace panel.
Then write: <i> in the first field and click on "Replace All" button.
Then write: </i> in the first field and click on "Replace All" button.
4. Close the panel and save your file (CTRL + "S").
5. Rename (F2) the file "Metropolis.srt.txt" to "Metropolis.srt".
Done! Your Zappiti Player 4K will don't show <i> or </i> anymore on this file.

Do the same for the other subtitle files that show italic HTML tags.
