Netflix does not support hardware video decoding. The video is decoded in software. So the auto framerate is not compatible with Netflix.

To set correctly the video outpout of your Zappiti Player 4K for Netflix display, click on "Settings / Display / TV System"), then please select "1080p @ 24Hz" in the resolution list and select "24p" option.

Warning! Netflix is displayed in 720p.
