Why does Zappiti Video remember the sort order you have selected but can't remember filters such as seen status?

This has been discussed briefly before - https://zappiti.uservoice.com/forums/310888-zappiti-english/suggestions/43276968--tv-shows-organize-group-tv-shows

If you have scan on boot turned on, it'll automatically do this. If not, just run a fresh scan and it will pickup the moved files and re-link or remove the content that has been deleted.

• Ability to manually organize movies or TV shows in a collection in whichever order
That one used to exist and they took it away for some reason. i.e. in a Movie saga you could manually sort them any way you choose. I have no idea why they took it away but it makes things like the MCU a pain in the ass the manage.

As Bob said, you can already do this. Why do things like this get so many votes?

I agree it would be better if you could define a range instead of applying a sort of Highest to Lowest. Let's say I only want to see 7-10 point films, display those and nothing less. Or I'm in for a b-grade night, show me anything with 3 or less.
I like this idea, but more broadly I can see defining filter ranges as more useful across a range of options, not just on top movies. Such as setting a duration range or release year range, what if I want to only see films from the 90s to show the kids what life was like when I was young?
Filter range would be awesome.

I would never want to have additional clutter when viewing the Movies screen and posters. Posters have the movie title, why does it need text underneath the title cluttering the screen, it's redundant information.
I think a rating on the poster will add more clutter, but if it can be turned off like top covers and the glass effect then it wouldn't be an issue.
By background do you mean theme? I saw a Youtube interview where they said more themes are likely in 2022, and Aurora was just recently released bringing them to 3.

I find it hardest to figure out where I am on the Categories page, it's very hard to see even on a big screen. What if it were like a halo effect or something like a backlit display with extra glow around the square frame?
I'm using Classic and trying to figure out which colour would be best on the outside, I think an orange would be hard to see on the background, but you don't want anything confronting like a big black box around it either, I don't think that'd look as nice.
I'm not sure how Silver or Aurora handle this, which one are you using?

Once you're in an episode summary, you can use left/right scroll on the remote control to move between episodes, without going back and moving through them on the season page where all episodes are displayed.

In Settings - Identification, the Terms to exclude from titles is only for display purposes, not an exclusion, isn't it? And in Advanced Tasks the ignore option there is only for sorting.
Seems like they're 80% there and have the core features already, just need to implement it in another way which would be good.
You'd have my vote if I had any left :)

You can add a . to the start of the title for exclusions. If you have something like Auto Renamer it should be pretty quick and painless.

New hardware is already in the pipeline, though not sure which chipsets will be used.

You mean the headband at the top of the poster when looking at your movies, not the mkv logo on the movie info screen?
In Settings, select the wrench/hammer icon. Under Theme uncheck "Show top covers".
That will turn the black bar off at the top of the poster showing the file container.

Seems similar to this one - https://zappiti.uservoice.com/forums/310888-zappiti-english/suggestions/39265864-improve-csv
I'm all for it, would be great to report on the collection.

How are you doing it in 6 clicks? I have a Sagas module on the home page, can get there in 1 basically.
Isn't this what happens when you manage your collection locally instead of cloud-based? I'm pretty sure you have this option already.
https://zappiti.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/1874275--collection-import-your-collection-from-the-cloud
Look into what local server does.
